Mackenzie's first new nationally released sculpture in 3 years, the production process had taken longer due to the effects of covid, but he rewards us with this amazing and eye-catching new release - onwards and upwards!
Celebrating the bond man has with his pets, yet another unbreakable one humans have in this lifetime, as well as the one we have with one another, beautifully reflected upon in this new naïve sculpture.
The sculpture is made up of the duffle coat hooded character (Mackenzie’s representation of himself as child/ his emotions), the large flower (almost like a long sunflower) with the heart on the end & the famous dalmatian dog - all three of which will be familiar to Thorpe fans over the years!
Mackenzie has penned some words for this latest sculpture:
