Bed Springs by Sarah Jane Szikora

While creating her ‘larger’ than life characters, Sarah Jane Szikora’s figures can’t help but appear comical: the larger lady dresses provocatively, yet desperately tries her hardest to not put her full weight onto the bed and break the 'Bed Spring’ - or her hubby!

She shifts half of her weight onto her other leg, while excitedly trying to balance on the bed (and looking demure!), the thin man sheepishly pulls the overs up over himself, fearful of what might happen to both himself and the bed lol.

An early release from her time at Washington Green Publishers, this may even pre-date her first ‘Gingerbread Man’ themed release!

‘Bed Springs’ is thematically a ‘Szikora’ to a tee and will make for a brilliant piece to display in your home or workplace.
