With his dog by his side, the figure carries the little belongings he owns over his shoulders and makes his way towards to hustle and bustle of the circus. With a perfectly spherical sun bursting its rays high in the sky, Horton sets the scene for a splendid day ahead and makes us revert back to the wonders and magic that the circus can bring.

This is a wonderful step forward for the artist in this particular series and is a refreshing welcome for his admirers.
