He then highlights the meticulous design work that goes into packaging, often overlooked as mere food wrapping, and elevates it into the realms of fashion and fine art.
In his own words:
‘For my first collection I decided to embrace the power of the internet and utilise open access works that inspire me. Victorian Confectionary was born out of my obsession for the iconography of brand's logos and wrappers, not to mention my love for a snack. Millions of pounds have been spent on designing the look and feel of each wrapper, I think it is a shame that they are being overlooked and only used for food. Why not fashion too.’
