Winter 2014's 'Mini Moo' sculpture was the best selling of Jennifer's model cows and so it is fitting that she release a limited edition picture of the same name!
This is clearly a female highland cow, which you can see from the beautiful floral head piece she is modelling and also the pink and purple streaks within her hair; this works perfectly against the minimalist background.
