One of two new releases for May 2023, 'Strike A Pose' pictures a Flamingo on a cool blue coloured background, painted very meticulously as an almost 'solid' blue canvas, the bird becomes the instant focus of your attention!

You may remember, Christopher launched the highly sort after limited edition lightbox image 'Daydreamer - Lightbox' (2022), a skull in sunglasses, so he is no stranger to attention grabbing artwork.

Interesting to hear Chris paints using multiple reference point photographs, in an attempt to capture every angle of the subject and paint 'around the image' as he calls it.

The result works beautifully as we have an incredible 3D looking image of a Flamingo.

These limited editions have a special glaze applied to the canvas, for luxurious effect!
