Here, artist Caroline Shotton provides us with her take on the best known, most written about, most studied, and most visited piece of artwork ever known: Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa.
A Shotton work is at its best when a cow is quite literally in the picture. Therefore, the Mona Lisa as we know her appears before us as the Moona Lisa as she takes on the form of a cow but still carries that same fixed gaze.
