I was born and grew up in Somerset that was part of a big family. Being the largest of them, I often amuses me by painting and drawing, in those days it was felt tip pens and poster paints! I lived in a small town, surrounded by horses and ponies, which ran my fascination with the animal kingdom.
Artistically, the horses are my first theme, first as a way to fulfill my dream of having my own horse. I then spent many years riding horses for other people, my parents, my account of the dedication and bought me a horse. I attended Somerset College of Art and Technology, where he completed a two-year course in Clothing Design and Manufacturing.
In 1990, having decided to pursue a career in art equestrian, I moved to Newmarket, Suffolk, which is the center of the country racing industry flat. Apparently, most of the obvious choice. Per diem worked as a stable exchange, riding and caring for horses, in the evening I would paint. He worked hard to win the largest number of reference and knowledge as I possibly could, ultimately resulting in me taking commissions. After several years, I moved to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, where the horse racing industry was rapidly expanding. It was at this point that I decided to concentrate on becoming a full-time artist and my career began to flourish with an increase in commissions and the popularity of my work in the galleries.
