27th August 2020 and we are delighted with the release of 'Crowning Glory,' a superb take by Daniel on our sovereign Queen Elizabeth II - ever young and ever glorious! Daniel continues to wow us with his artistic talent, do get in touch if you have original or commission requirements.
'She Says Shhhh' was one of the fastest selling limited editions of 2020, proving Daniel's immense following in UK galleries!
June 2020 sees the welcome release of 'She Says Shhhh' another Mernargh interpretation of the amazing David Bowie. My prediction was nearly right: it was of Bowie but not Ziggy Stardust! As usual, each of the 95 editions has the unique finish of flicks of paint splattering the paper from Daniel's own paint brush!
I love the yellow-purple-blue tones of this latest limited edition, giving Bowie an abstract but highly realistic look in the painting; this is Daniel's trademark 'abstract impressionistic' style and you cannot help but admire it.

May 2020, rumour has it a new limited edition maybe released soon, a second Bowie print featuring his legendary character: Ziggy Stardust.
3rd July 2019 sees Daniel's latest limited edition releases: 'A Kind Of Magic' and 'Faith,' celebrating two of Britain's most beloved recording artists: Freddie Mercury & George Michael.
It is ironic that both men passed away before their time, where gay and had voices that set them apart from their respective musical generation - both immensely respected each others body of work and as individuals.
Daniel Mernagh burst onto the published limited edition art scene on 27th September 2018 with stunning Debut Collection, featuring limited edition interpretations of some of the greatest names in British music and fashion including: David Bowie, Amy Winehouse, Prince and the 'Modern Muse' - Kate Moss.
Unique in the Published limited edition art world as far as we know, Daniel hand finishes all his own limited edition prints, by flicking various paint colours onto the paper, making each one unique and highly collectable.
His originals and limited edition prints have captivated customers up and down the UK with sell out exhibitions and appearances & inquisitive minds staring deeply into each canvas.
Like many artists of his generation, (artists JJ Adams and Temper come to mind) he began as a Graffiti artist and later went on to study Graphic Design, where is continued to hone his artistic talents.
Unsurprisingly, looking at his epic work such as 'Purple Reign,' he is an artist not afraid to explore different medium including, acrylic, inks and digital. Indeed, many artists at the very least, play around with their upcoming composition ideas on their computer screen (including established one like Nigel Hemming) these days, if not using their digital drawings as the basis of the canvas itself.
Daniel's pieces reach out speak to you with a deep message about popular culture, one that is very much yours to discover and is free flowing depending on what you bring.
There is a very modern feel to these iconic people in the portraits, even though some of the ikons like David Bowie, have been re-interpreted by artists for nearly 45 years. His style almost appears to be some other worldly merging of ink bloating and computer drawn graphics - no wonder Mernagh later went on to study Electronic Media!
As well as working as doing commissions for worldwide brands, he curated a mental health charity exhibition at the world famous Fabric Nightclub in London, which also featured paintings by celebrity friends such as the British DJ & actor 'Goldie.'
